Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars. We may cancel an order if an item is mispriced or unavailable, and we'll refund you in full if we do. Live plants ship within the contiguous United States only.

Plant guarantee

Live plants are covered by our 30-day guarantee as described on the Shipping & returns page.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, access it by means other than the interfaces we provide, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.

Intellectual property

The text, illustrations and design of this site belong to Pollinery and are protected by copyright. You may share links and short quotations with attribution.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pollinery is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Pollinery is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
